Here is, in plain words, what we ask when you write to us and what we don't.
What our form doesn't ask
When you write to us from this site, we don't ask about your skin or your health. That is talked about in person, with Yuridia. The form doesn't ask for:
- Your condition or symptoms
- Your medications or allergies
- Whether you are pregnant
- Your date of birth
- A photo
What we do ask
Your name, a phone number, an email if you like, how and when you prefer us to reach you, your language and a short message. Please don't include medical details in the message.
If you write on WhatsApp
Your message goes through that app, which has its own rules. Use WhatsApp for appointments and hours, and talk about your skin with Yuridia in person.
How we look after your details
We use your name and contact only to answer you and for your appointment. We don't sell them or share them with other companies for advertising.
