Your first visit, step by step
A first visit takes about 75 minutes. Here is what happens, in order.

Step 1: You arrive and settle in
Yuridia welcomes you, offers tea or water and shows you the room.

Step 2: We talk
She asks how you care for your skin, what products you use and what you would like to change. You decide what to share.

Step 3: She looks at your skin
Under a magnifying lamp, Yuridia looks at your skin and explains what she notices, in plain words.

Step 4: Your facial
Cleansing, a mask and a face massage, based on what you talked about. If anything bothers you, say so and we pause.

Step 5: Care at home
She suggests a few simple steps for home and how often to come back, if it suits you.

Step 6: Your next appointment
If you would like to return, you book before you leave or later, on WhatsApp.
Before you come
How to prepare
You don't need to do anything special. Come as you are: if you wear makeup, Yuridia removes it at the start.
Arrive about 10 minutes early
If you have somewhere to be afterward, tell us when you book
Bring the products you use, if you would like to show them to Yuridia
For comfort, wear something with a loose neckline

What to share
Tell us only what you want to. The form and WhatsApp don't ask for your medical history.
When to stop
If anything bothers you at any point, say so and Yuridia pauses or stops.
What to take home
No one expects you to buy products. Yuridia suggests and you decide.
